Withdrawal Processing Time
The withdrawal processing time is Monday to Friday, 04:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+3). Any withdrawal requests submitted after 6:00PM (GMT+3) will be processed on the next business day.
Each client is entitled to 5 free withdrawals per calendar month (based on remittance time). Thereafter, for withdrawal requests below USD 300, a USD 5 fee will be displayed before submission.
